Newest one toy from Nokia - E71, now are available in the USA, officially. No more rumors. Price is about 500$. Oh, if you are reading this blog, you may know that this phone was available in Chicago earlier, but not all peoples can go to that town. Phone is really good:

QWERTY keyboard, quad-band GSM and dual-band HSDPA connectivity (850/1900 MHz for the US version), Wi-Fi, built-in GPS, Nokia Maps, a QVGA  TFT display (16 million colors), HTML browser, email readers and other stuff, Office apps, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus and flash, video recording. Today all phones must have FM radio, music and video player, so you will find it here. This phone has Symbian 9.2 S60 3rd edition. Now are available only grey version, but soon Nokia will release and white color version. About working with US operators Nokia aren’t telling yet.

Nokia released new version of “Nokia Chat”. It’s based on  Xmpp/Jabber. So you can chat on Google Chat and others… If you want to use this program, you must have Nokia account. In this version You’ll find more intresting features: a lot of smilies, WLAN and GPRS using (this chat works with this protocols), “send location” function.

P.S. This new is nothing special for E-series phones, but this new is important for all Nokia users, so if you have E-series, you will be intrested in this application.

You can’t wait until Nokia North American E71 will show in stores? This is not a problem. Now this toy are availabe in Chicago flashgip store, complete with a QWERTY keyboard and US-friendly 3G. This Nokia costs $483 (plus tax) in addition to a roundtrip ticket to Chi-town.

Newly released Nokia E71 now has luxury edition. Created by Goldstriker- famous company from UK, which are making dresses in precious metals. The newest one - Nokia E71 comes plated with 24 carat gold. For me it looks bad, but some business mans, who aren’t thinking about style, who are thinking about that, how much does it costs, they will buy this Gold Plated Nokia E71. This phone costs 1100 USD or 690 Euros.

So all E61i owners can be happy. This new update fixes a lot of bugs from earlier version. I recomment to upload newest firmware to Your Nokie.

Nokia’s latest E series phone with QWERTY keyboard. But we are very surprised: this phone is very slim (10mm thick) and have nice design like phone-computer. Now about system… It has WiFi, HSDPA, A-GPS and even a 3.2 megapixel camera and a front facing camera for video calls like as others E phones. The battery is better than E66- it can work on standby mode about 20 days, 10.5 hours of GSM talk or 4.5 hours of 3G talk. This phone is very similar like E66. E71 has 110MB space on it, but you can add mircoSD card. We will choose from two colors- “white steel” and “grey steel”. The E71 are arriving in the USA with full 3G bands. Unfortunately, the $500-ish pricetag isn’t quite alluring.
